Elizabeth
I was raised in a family that treated life like a business you never stop building. My father turned his passion into a company. My mother became the perfect partner to run it beside him. All four of us kids followed suit — we each built things we love, and ran with them.
Central to it all were our yearly family meetings. They began when I was ten and still happen every January: all of us at a conference room round table, morning to night. No distractions. We review the past year, map the next one, five, ten. We teach each other what we’ve learned about life, ourselves, and each other.
That rhythm shaped me: relentless reflection, hunger for growth, comfort with hard truths.
It also taught me pressure.
In my twenties, chronic illness quietly moved in; manageable at first, but enough to sideline me from time to time. Over the years I employed every protocol I could find: Eastern, Western, spiritual, whole-body- anything to stay in motion.
In my thirties it finally broke me. My body shut down. My life shut down.Doctors weren’t putting the pieces together. They stopped looking. I never did.
Any energy I had went into relentless research and answers no one else was finding. Three years of isolation- surgery, treatment programs, detox protocols- brought me through the fire and back to myself.
What nearly destroyed me became my greatest strength: the ability to sit in the dark and still find where the light pours in.The mindset I was raised on kept me going- that deep certainty that life works out if you refuse to stop growing through it.
That’s why I’ve created Mind Sorting-
A confidential phone call where entrepreneurial minds can put everything on the table. No judgment. No agenda. No topic off limits.
Just someone who truly hears you, so you can hear yourself- and find the clarity that fuels forward motion.
Sorting the mind is the difference between carrying the weight alone and moving with traction.
If you’re a founder doing the work— on the business and on yourself- and you’ve reached the point where you need a space that can hold all of it… this is it.
There are limited seats. They’re filled by application.
I’m Elizabeth. Your call. I’m here.
